Got out and ran a little this morning. Made a few loops around the block in front of the hotel. The city was waking up: vendors were pulling out their market stalls (strawberries, wine...), people were stopping at the bakery (something was in the oven that smelled good), lots of people biking to work (tires over cobblestones)... It was lovely!
Bamberg is famous for it’s Smoke Beer. It truly does have a smoked taste. Everyone who tried it seemed to truly enjoy it. The more I drank the better it tasted... ‘Nuff said there, right...
Took the camera out with the tripod last night as dusk. Got some great blur shots in the twilight hour. Someone thank my mother for me for the nudge NOT to leave my tripod behind, she was right!
Now in the bus for a long drive to Cesky Krumlov.
